Jinheng Trading Company Limited is a Hong Kong-registered intermediary connecting global buyers with a curated network of certified investment casting manufacturers. From standard catalogue items to fully bespoke components — we manage sourcing, quality assurance and logistics as a single professional partner.
Established in Hong Kong, Jinheng Trading Company Limited operates as a specialist sourcing and trading partner for buyers requiring consistent, high-quality investment cast components at competitive international terms.
We do not operate our own manufacturing facility. Instead, we maintain long-standing commercial relationships with a network of more than twelve audited manufacturing partners located across the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River regions of mainland China — each selected for their technical competency, certified quality systems and proven export track record.
This model gives our clients a distinct advantage: access to specialised casting capabilities, diverse material grades and a broad production capacity — all managed through a single, accountable Hong Kong trading entity with clear contractual terms, professional communication and export compliance expertise.
Our product scope spans architectural and interior hardware, furniture fittings, marine components, industrial machinery parts and decorative accessories. Whether clients require items from our standard catalogue or need components developed to proprietary drawings, Jinheng provides end-to-end procurement and quality oversight from order to delivery.
Operating from Hong Kong provides our clients with a stable, internationally recognised trade platform: simplified export procedures, established banking infrastructure for Letter of Credit and telegraphic transfer settlements, and straightforward access to HKSAR certificates of origin where applicable.
Our commercial team brings together expertise in investment casting technology, quality management and international trade logistics. We speak the language of both our manufacturing partners and our international clients — bridging technical requirements with commercial execution efficiently.
Samples from our standard range are available. For OEM or ODM development, we work from 2D drawings, 3D files (STEP, IGS, SolidWorks) or physical samples. Tooling ownership arrangements are available by negotiation.
Every order follows a structured, managed process. Hover each stage for details.

Full documentation and logistics to your door
Sea or air freight coordinated from Hong Kong or direct from factory. Full export documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, MTRs and any required import compliance certificates prepared to your LC or DAP/DDP terms.
All items in the Jinheng catalogue — and all OEM components developed through us — are produced by manufacturing partners that hold the relevant quality, export and product certifications required for international trade.
Every manufacturing partner in our network is required to hold a current ISO 9001:2015 certification from an accredited certification body. This ensures a documented, auditable quality management system governs all production processes — from incoming material inspection through to finished goods release.
Our partner facilities are registered manufacturers holding valid Chinese export licences issued by the competent authorities. Factories supplying product categories subject to specific regulatory approvals — including CE marking requirements and REACH / RoHS compliance for applicable markets — maintain the relevant documentation and test records.
Raw material procurement at our partner factories is conducted from approved mills and smelters. Material test reports (MTR) confirming chemical composition and mechanical properties to ASTM, DIN or JIS standards are available for all standard grades, including stainless steel 304, 316 and 316L, and principal brass and aluminium alloys.
Jinheng conducts or commissions regular supplier audits covering quality management, production capability, workforce compliance and environmental standards. Partners that fail to maintain required standards are suspended from our active supply network. We introduce new manufacturing partners only following a formal qualification process.
Our network covers a range of investment casting specialisms: fine-tolerance precision parts, large-format structural components, thin-wall castings, complex multi-surface geometry and high-polish decorative work. This breadth of capability allows us to source optimally for each individual order requirement rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Certification documentation for any specific factory or product category is available upon request as part of the commercial qualification process. Please contact us for details.
The following items represent standard components available from our manufacturing network. All specifications may be adjusted, and custom items are developed to your drawings.
Investment casting — the lost-wax process — produces precision near-net-shape components with complex geometry, tight tolerances and excellent surface finish. Every part in our catalogue and every custom component we source follows this proven process at our certified partner facilities.
Molten wax is injected under pressure into a precision-machined metal die. Once cooled, the wax pattern replicates the final component in every dimension — this is the master form of your part.
Individual wax patterns are assembled onto a central wax sprue, forming a "tree." Multiple parts are clustered together for efficiency, reducing cost per piece for production runs.
The wax tree is repeatedly dipped in liquid ceramic slurry and coated with fine refractory sand. Seven to nine coats are applied, each dried thoroughly, building a hard ceramic shell around the wax.
The ceramic shell is placed in an autoclave — high-pressure steam melts and drains the wax completely, leaving a hollow ceramic mould. The shell is then fired in a furnace to 900–1100°C, hardening it for casting.
Molten alloy — stainless steel, brass, aluminium or zinc — is poured into the pre-heated ceramic shell at 1,200–1,600°C. Metal fills every cavity of the mould with precision. The assembly is left to solidify under controlled conditions to ensure correct grain structure and dimensional integrity.
The ceramic shell is broken away by vibration and shot blast. Individual castings are cut from the sprue, then ground, machined, heat-treated and surface-finished as specified. Final dimensional inspection and visual quality review are conducted before release.
Investment castings are available across a comprehensive range of alloys and surface treatment options. All grades are available with material test reports.

As a professional trading intermediary, Jinheng's quality assurance role spans the entire procurement cycle — from initial factory qualification through to pre-shipment inspection and documentation handover. We do not simply pass through factory quality claims; we independently verify them.
All manufacturing partners in our network are required to maintain current ISO 9001:2015 certification and to submit to periodic audits. Where products are destined for regulated markets — the European Union in particular — we ensure that applicable CE marking, REACH compliance and RoHS restrictions are addressed at factory level and documented accordingly.
Clients who require independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can arrange this through us or independently. Our factories are accustomed to third-party audits and fully cooperative with inspector access. Full results and corrective action records are shared with clients.
Critical dimensions checked against approved drawings or first-article sample. Results documented in inspection report provided with each shipment.
Surface finish, casting integrity and plating/coating consistency reviewed by sampling. Rejections and corrective actions managed before release.
Material test reports (EN 10204 3.1 or 2.2 as applicable) available for all material grades. Composition and mechanical properties verified against specified standard.
Whether you require pricing on catalogue items, wish to discuss a custom component development or have technical questions about our manufacturing capabilities, we welcome enquiries from trade buyers worldwide. We respond to all commercial enquiries within one business day.
For OEM and custom projects, please provide your drawings or specifications when enquiring — this allows us to give you a considered response rather than a provisional estimate.
We handle all enquiries with strict commercial confidentiality. Drawing files and proprietary specifications shared with us are treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without your consent.
